Attorney John Mays graduated from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, Juris Doctor, 2012; Kennesaw State University, Bachelor of Science – Sociology, Magna Cum Laude, with Honors, 2007. He is admitted before the Georgia Supreme Court; Georgia Court of Appeals; United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia. John is a member of Georgia Trial Lawyers Association; American Association of Justice; State Bar of Georgia; Tallapoosa Circuit Bar Association, President, 2013.
John understands the helpfulness and dedication that clients deserve when they hire an attorney and takes pride in giving clients the attention they deserve. Within his first three years of practicing law, John tried several cases to verdict as lead counsel, including a jury verdict in excess of policy limits and a bad faith judgment against an insurance company.
John and his wife, the former Danielle Britt of Buford, Georgia, live in Flowery Branch with their three dogs, Bitsy, Braxton, and Darla.
